Yoga Studio

A Boutique Approach to Yoga - The space is intentionally boutique, it’s not a typical yoga studio, but a place for learning, exploration, and refined practice. With only 10–12 mats per session, classes are small and personal, allowing for individual attention, thoughtful adjustments, and meaningful conversations about your practice.

With 20 years of teaching and practicing yoga, including studying under some of the most renowned teachers, I deeply understand how movement, breath, and awareness can create healthy patterns that support not just the body on the mat, but life off the mat as well.

This space is designed to help you experience the full support system of yoga, nurturing your body, mind, and breath in a way that encourages growth, refinement, and everyday wellbeing.

Classes

The space offers a collection of thoughtfully designed classes, including Vinyasa and restorative Yin, with the Embodied practices of the Breath, Nidra, Meditation woven into every session. Drawing on my background in philosophy, I aim to create a space where people can feel safe and supported while exploring the deeper aspects of yoga. Yoga is an ancient practice, full of richness and reflection, and I want to share its depth showing how it can profoundly support both your practice on the mat and your experience of life off the mat.
